Default 95-99 Monte grills

Anyone care to share their pics of their 95-99 Monte's aftermarket or custom made grill? My factory 97 grill finally dried up and cracked so i'm thinking of making a custom grill versus the Billet Bar Grill that are just too plain and simple. I'm thinking something in a "mesh" design, kind of a Nascar look maybe. Whats your grill look like?......Regards........Tom

LOL I love how he said he wanted to see other grills besides the billet, and your search result is 100% billet grill.

It's hard to your cars to get a different grill though. To make your own would require weird ways of mounting it.

If you think you can shoot for it, I'd try it, because it would be nice to see.

I do agree with you that they are boring, if I had a 5th gen, I'd probably leave it open. Like the Z34s

mine is all cracked, too.... arnt they all ? i have a roll of this mesh stuff i pulled outta a trash pile, it looks kinda like the tony stewart grille that the 6th gens have, and its the same black as the trim on the door piller, and i was thinking of cutting the cracked part away from the lil chrome strip at the edge and mounting the mesh behind that so i could get a clean - looking edge.... problem is, you cannot reach the hood popper if you do that, so you have to rig something in.... i dont have time for the latch, so the grille waits....

but if i was you, check out the fencing section of home depot / lowes / your local garden center, you never know what you might find..... and dont forget to check your local dump / trash week, even better finds to be had there, for FREE lol.
