Info: 1982-1989 monte carlo foglight ??

1982-1989 monte carlo foglight ??
Can anyone help me identify a foglight? I believe it is from a 1982 to possibly a 1988 or 89 Monte Carlo. It has horizontal lines and has a partial number on it of "GM 5972"( the lens is broken), it also has DE1A on it.
any ideas??
