Default Rolex 24 at Daytona

I'm watching this right now. The top Chevrolet team is having issues in the first 30 minutes. Fords and Porsche is leading. Going to be interesting to see how it goes. about 23 hours to go right now, so it's a logn way to go. You can actually go to the garage adn replace anything on the car except teh engine block and a few other random thigns, so you can usually fix an engine and get it going again. If everyone else has issues, they may very well come back for a good finish. Just have to see how it goes through the night!

It is indeed on Speed channel. Two cautions in the first two hours so far, one for a Porsche losing power, another for an Audi that lost a clutch. Ford's and Chevrolet's are tickign right along. A Peugeut leads, followed by a few Fords.

I've been watching, but I don't know why. It is, like always, boring to tears. It has literally put the baby and wife to sleep.

There is a few NASCAR guys in there. Jamie McMurray, Peblo, Micheal Waltrip, Boris Said, AJ Allmendinger. Some lesser NASCAR drivers like Andy Lally, Scott Pruett runs an occasional Nationwide race. Dario Franchitti is in there, a former NASCAR driver. John Andretti too.

I like it, It's pretty relaxing to keep on in the background, but I don't FOLLOW it. Just something to glance at every now and then.

Scott Pruett in a Ganassi BMW is leading and apparently has been for a long time. They just showed one of the Ford's unlapping itself, and when it comes to raw power and straigthaway speed, nothing can touch the Ford prototype right now... that thing drove past Scott Pruett's BMW without an issue. that leaves 3 cars on the lead lap... a BMW and a pair of Fords.

Ford caught a caution, the restart was BMW 1st and Ford 2-3. Within two laps of the green flag coming out, both Fords had overtaken the BMW. Ford 1-2 with under 4 hours to go!!

Less than 2 hours to go, Ford runs 1-3-4, AJ Allmendinger leading!!! Be cool to see him win this race and go on to win the Daytona 500!
