Morning space! All is good here, wind is still high. Power went out for almost 2 hours at work and the wind collapsed a big frame tent holding equipment in it. Lots of paperwork haha but alls well. Hope our friends down new NYC/NJ are safe!

Thanks `Devin for checking in with your update and that you are OK + not much damage in your area.

I look forward to hearing from our other member's.
No Power is one of the biggest problems after a storm to endure...

The cost will be in the billions, but one can not put a cost on a life 4-Sure....In the county that I'm working we had millions of dollars in damages, but nothing compared to up north..

Also in my home county we had major beach erosion :( and my grandfather's home is now closer to the ocean

We've had high wind since yesterday, especially last night. Up to 50-60 mph gusts. The house was making sounds I've never heard before. There was a tree down completely across one of the main roads as I was making my way home last night. Leaves and other small debris have been blowing all over the place. Lots of rain that turned over to snow in some areas last night, including here, and there's kind of a mix falling right now as it's starting to switch back to all rain. 51k without power in SE Michigan.

Heard ghostly howling wind and woke up to a dash of snow. But we are warm and dry inside. VERY thankful we are 15 min SE of Lansing

Ah okay. We've had flurries all night which is just starting to turn back to rain. Some accumulation in the roof ridges but nothing on the ground.
