I posted no I'm not a car collector but I want to be.
Isbeing a car collector denoted by how many cars you own or what you own?
I own 11 cars so does that qualify me?
If not does owning six '57 Chevies qualify me?
Two Montes?

RJ, I would say that you are a Car Collector
In actuality, though, most enthusiasts are happy to enjoy a car for a few years, do a few things to it, and break even when it's time to move on. For those who look at the old car hobby as a financial investment as well as an investment in pleasure, there's unanimous agreement in one area: In today's market, it's hard to get hurt buying a good collector car. If you do your homework, buy the right car, and enjoy it sensibly, you'll maximize the return on your investment and enjoyment.
RJ, you have a awesome collection. You are a lucky man. : )

i would like to have a car collection... i already have quite a collection of model cars in 1:18 and 1:24 scale.... heres what i have in models. i'm trying to find a good model of a car like mine... but i can't find one in blue, sunstar don't make them in that color. if anybody can help me i'd be happy to know about it. i've also got a few cars not listed here that i can't think of as i write this.

I collect Die Cast also. I have oh prolly 150 of em. Anywhere from Top fuel funny cars to nascar to just plain ol hot rods. A lot of models I have built also. Currently working on a couple of those too.
