Would you do this 2 your Monte Carlo ? : ) ?
Space! I don't know if I even DARE 2 post anything in this thread! LOL!
I WILL say that the post about Fisker taking over the Wilmington DE plant is GREAT news for that area. The Chrysler plant there also closed down, so the the currently skilled and trained workforce there is ready to go. (The GM Wilmington plant is where the Pontiac Solstices, Saturn Skys, & Opel GT's were made until last summer).

personally, i love the people who make fools of themselves doing stuff like that "boattail" add on to their lil imports and or driving smart cars to get 3 or 4 more MPG's.
more fuel for me
more fuel for me
Thanks space.
I think the hybrid/prius were a smart idea, just a bad design to stand out!
I wouldn't drive anything that looked like that, even if it gave me 50 mpg!
what can i say, i love my car.

i reallly hate design of the hybrid cars too. the main reason they look so dopy is the aerodynamics, which is why they get such good milage. ( same concept as that boattail). if they stuck such a small hybrid engine in something like a cavaleir, i doubt it would get 50 MPG. 40 would be my guess, but you could get that with a 4cyl stick cavaleir for 1/4 the $
if i was gonna get a fuel efficiant econo car, i think it would have to be a VW TDI with a 5 speed.
