Question <Whose in better shape ?<

Whose in better shape ? You or your Monte Carlo ?

What are you doing to make your Monte in better shape ?

What are you doing to stay in shape ? *get in shape ?

Summer is coming & everyone is going to see you & your Monte on the roads of life...

Good Luck on keeping both in `Shape

Thumbs up >Thank You<

Thanks Mod Barbara for being the 1st member to post & vote on this thread. It's similar to a thread that Mod `Space made years ago and many member's posted/voted. Yes, I really like that 1st Gen Monte Carlo & it's almost a half a century old & in top shape. Keeping a Monte in top shape keeps the owner in top shape by just keeping it clean & detailed That's another bonus for owning the Super Chevy Monte Carlo....

Treat them with love & they will last forever

Both the Monte and myself are in sorry shape right now. Some rust, and a lot of little regular things to fix due to the car being 12 years old. And me with a pizza and pasta gut. But trying to get both in shape.

Thanks for your post & honesty on this topic.
I need to eat more pizza & Pasta and also start working out more.
Not running the beach everyday is making me lazy and standing by to see where I am sent next isn't any help keeping in shape.

I do love to eat and try not to each junk foods, but I sure miss the dinner's that the senior citizens prepared for us when I was growing up.

Below are some links for member's to check out. I'm going to keep trying also...Easier said then done sometimes (all the time: )

OK, maybe I'll start 2morrow, after I consume the above

Hi `Sharpie & thanks for posting. What type of work out do you do to keep in shape ? My grandpa Space & Uncle James are in their mid 70's and still eat right & stay in Shape & their g/f's are in their late 30's & 40's, but they both look younger.
Keeping you & Your Monte in good shape is a super investment in time to continue enjoying `life >4-Sure.

I just do upper body exercise with a couple 30 lb dum bells. I cant do much anymore , I use to be a gym rat years ago but I got into a snowmobile accident and had to give that up sadly. last year I had a cervical spine fusion surgery and that doesn't help much either. I do what I can tho I'm certainly not lazy. time is catching up with me tho and arthritis
