What's your dream car?
A few years ago, it was the new GTO (top photo), and wanted to put the stripes on it like you see in the lower photo. The lower pic is of the Holden Monaro, the Australian car the GTO was based on.

Don't have any desire for the over glamourized yuppie machines like Porche, BMW, Ferrarri, and all the other high-end stuff you see lawyers driving around.
My dream car now? Don't know. I'd have to think about it. Still paying off my Monte.

Can I have two? '67 Corvette convertible427, 3 dueces, 4 speed. '70 Chevelle SS 454 LS-6, automatic, red with black stripes.
Just one more: oneof the new supercharged Vettes, what are they calling them, a ZR1?

Mine:
1970, '71, or '72 Corvette Stingray with t-tops, 5 speed (preferably), a 454 (preferably) and the removeable back glass.
Any missing features a mod'able... including the need for the chrome around the side heat ports!
Desired colors: Midnight Black (with the chrome gold kit'd) or Fire Engine Red (would prefer the black!)
Some pics: (that won't embed)

With a 454!

p.s. (WOW, quick replies! I was trying to find the pics on my computer and you guys beat me!) Thanks for the shot on lawyers, Taz!
(I wouldn't mind an Enzo! {but I am NOT paying $2 million for a car!})

Before the GTO, I wanted a 'vette too. But now they seem to have the "mid-life crisis" label on them. Which isn't a problem if you're under the age of 30. But I would be instantly labelled as "going through a mid-life crisis". I love the vintage Corvette's though. Especially the first two gens.
Sorry about the lawyer shot, wasnt' trying to get personal. Those are just the types of cars they drive.

I can respect the GTO (not really the new ones, though) and the Olds!
I really don't know much about the Holden Monaro you featured... [
]
Ya, I should have law school paid off by 30 and will (God willing) have my 'vette by then!
There is justsomething about American Muscle!...
