hey guys, i was just thinking about this yesterday on the way back from the trip to north jersey, me personally the furthest ive drove with Jack is around 2hrs worth, to north jersey, and last year to the Gm nats. I plan on going to boston later this year to the season opener of the Patriots Game that like a 5.5 hr trip right there, what about you guys?

 

Took a vacation road trip in "Lady Jasper" from Seattle to Jasper National Park in Alberta Canada.

19.5 hours one way, then return.

 

Route 66 trip from lansing to tucson then back again from Oatman AZ to lansing all route 66 up to Chicago 5,00 miles

Had her cruising in the New Mexico dessert at 110 MPH. following a Corvette club

we took 2 weeks

 

4 hours one way (Friday to work, Sunday back home) every week for the last 9+ months.


Car is decent few issues rides good, 3.9L has enough power to get around the left lane bandits and highway speed running average 85 - 90 mph typical fuel mileage around 23 - 24 mpg.


Long trips usually once per year to the homeland are around 22 hours one way but usually take Momma's vehicle for that.

 

Back in 07 my Daughter and her husband moved to Colorado Springs, we were set to go and the Van we had the window wouldn't work at the last minute so we took the Monte Carlo out. Everything worked fine and we probably drove 1200 miles round trip.

 

When I had my Monte a coworker drive my Monte from IL to NJ then from NJ to CA and back to IL in 10 days time. I was using the company truck at the time and asked if he can use my Monte since it was parked at work for almost a month and he figured it's cheaper than renting and if it breaks down he's responsible, I agreed and beside gas and one oil change the Monte drove with out a single hiccup.

 

Drove from NY to Michigan this year, around 560 miles each way. About 1500 miles total for the trip. 2 hours is nothing anymore lol, many trips back and forth to upstate NY

 

I try not to put many miles on my car. The farthest I drove it was when I bought the car in September which was about 100 miles from here.

 

The Farthest Ive gone in the 03' pace car is 120 mi. each way to Valdosta Georgia about 6 years ago and the best ride was to Daytona 500 race last Feb 2015 with my Brother about 100 miles each way! I kept sayin, your goin home baby!!!

 

Longest would be to Detroit this past summer 9 and a half hours, Also to Maine before which was 6.
