What was your first car?

Add another Camaro to the list, nothing special though it was a v6 with all 128HP ( Of course I thought this was lightning fast at the time) , body was clean, it was burgundy with tan interior, very reliable car. I kept it for 2 years after I got the monte as a DD and a knock around car, but then it got to the point I used it so little that all I was doing was jumping the battery every two weeks, so I donated it to charity.

This is what my black 1980 Mirada looked like. It wasn't as nice, of course, but I even had these wheels on it eventually.
This is an actual picture of my 1983 Mirada CMX before I sold it. I did and had a lot of work done to this car, including building the engine (it was blown up when I bought it) and one repaint. It sounded awesome and ran awesome.

Well. All those great fun cars you guys had. I'm jealous. All I had was a base model used 1985 Chevy Cavalier Type 10 hatchback. 2.0 litre engine, 90 horsepower. Yes 90 horsepower. No air conditioning, no power seats, no power windows, no high-power stereo system, no long list of options. Base model. Didn't even have enough power to squeal the tires. But it was a hell of a lot better than taking the city bus!

Taz that isn't much better than my horizon i used for a dd for over a year. About 96 hp, 2 speaker stereo, a/c (that was fixed about 3 times and works great now) and a 3 speed auto. Manual windows, locks seats etc. I trust that car so much, it's never failed me and i could never sell it and people have offered to buy it many times. Its better in snow than the 2 newer cars we have here too, 09 chevy hhr and 07 pontiac g5.
