Heres a thought, say you lived outside north america and you were wanting to buy a car. Say you're limited to GM brands, holden, opel, vauxhall. (i think i hit them all) Which cars would you choose and why? And if you could have 1 of them in the north american market which one would you have?

If i were buying a car outside north america i think i'd choose a Holden based car. Would be a tough decision between the commodore and caprice, heck even the ute

Now if i could have one brought to north america i think i would say the ute. You get the hauling ability of a truck with the muscle of a muscle car. though i wouldn't mind the caprice either, it is sold in north america just not to the public

 

Definitely would take the Ute.

honestly if they imported the ute i think it would sell pretty freakin good. But knowing chevy they'd rename it and call it an el camino

 

GM did have the Ute as a concept vehicle as a 2010 G8 Sport Truck. But with the demise of Pontiac that won't happen, but then why not bring it to the US under another brand. The GMC Caballero???
