What is the safest car ? ^ (that would help) ?
My space guess is the person that gets control of the steering wheel > the `Driver ?

If you have a crazy driver like Space behind the wheel, there's no safety device that will protect you.
When you are the driver, you become part of the car. If you drive careless & crazy (?) no one is SAFE > ? <

 

I would say the driver as well.

I know there is a car insurance commercial that actually says the driver is safest part of the car.

 

I don't know what is officially the safest car, but I read a report that showed the 2012 Camaro, Aced all the tests. Not just passed, but first place. The tests were only for North American cars.
Then I bought one, but it was a 13 by the time I got it.

 

Driver would be the Safest or the dumbest thing on a Car.
At one time Volvo's were supposed to be real safe? Then I owned a Pontiac Transport and they said it was supposed to be safe in a roll over?
But if you don't know what you are doing behind the wheel then you could be in an Armored Car and be unsafe parked.
Over time I have accumulated nearly 3million miles behind the wheel and I have seen some stupid stuff.
I saw a guy pull across the Railroad tracks and let a Train hit the Truck he was driving, I saw folks spin out on the slick highway (eh, they had Cruise control on), I saw some Cars go Cartwheeling down the Interstate, seen some do that while I was driving Stock cars too, on dirt.
Seen an idiot in a Mercedes 350sl not sure on the model, it was a pretty Red black roof convert. Passed me on I -25 outside of Denver, in a snow storm in 1989 he gets an 1/8th of a mile in front of me and looses it, like a pinball, he hit all the guard rails twice. Now I have to avoid this dummy, cause if I hit the brakes it is all over, he came to rest and I drove on by. Fun stuff.
Then my daughter who was a straight A student informs me that she had passed her drivers test and she was now going to be driving. I said Yah right when you pass my test....... she runs to her mom and says what does he mean by that???
I don't mind riding with her too much, while in college though I was riding with her and she was planning to run a Red light? Not close but to far back, after I told her to stop she did. I asked her what the heck she was thinking, her comment was I didn't want to loose my place in line. (She is a Blonde. so I said you mean the line into the Hospital or the morg?)
If you are the driver you are the Safest part of the Automobile.
