I drove her to work, then came home & washed her again so I could detail her like crazy for my last show on Saturday....she's sitting in the garage halfway done...gotta finish polishing & paste waxing the sides, quik waxing her completely, buff & polish her wheels, shine up her tires, & a couple lil things here & there tomm inbetween my 2 schools & she'll be ready for Saturday =) she is gonna look hottttt bcuz I'm going all out for this charity show since they have a daily driver class lol & I found out that meguairs cleaner wax smell like banana flavored laffy taffy lol!

 

Picked her up... Mom doesn't get the Impala out as much as it should be so I swap with her for a week every month, give or take. So the Impala has a chance to get it's legs stretched and the Monte gets a break from Columbia's rush hour traffic.

I am getting ready to take care of some 100,000 mile service a little early. Gonna get together with a tech from work and put on new rotors, change the oil and drop the trans pan and change the filter

 

I took it for a ride around town. changed the oil, cleaned the filter, vacumm, went to buy some more parts FOR the monte, that i cant install yet. =[ yea.....=]

 

Cleaned it up really good and installed my new gauges. Still tring to find somone with a camera I can use so you all can see this nice little mod a buddy did for me, give you all a hint, it requires a custom downpipe... Did that just give it away??

 

Alright, now is a better time than any, i just cant hold it in anymore, IM TURBO'D. Its a small turbo from some forign somthing, friend did it for 1200 with a boost **** or whatever you call it. Its only making 3 psi, but when we get the new injectors in we're thinking we can go up to 5 psi. Injectors are getting put in tomarrow btw. I dont know if 1200 was worth it but im happy with it, I think (just by feel) it gave me about 40hp to the wheels. Oh... DUH, upgraded the trans also. Also did some new tuning to the pcm also. LOL, gonna need new tires within a week too. Will get pics as soon as I get a camera.

 

Put in a SLP upper grille insert earlier today, hopefully will have some pictures up tomorrow.

 

Dropping the fuel tank on the Jimmy and if all goes well, i should have it smogged and registered by the end of this month. Can't wait!!!

 

I drove to Border's to use their wi-fi, went to the VA hospital and went back to Border's to chill the rest of the day.

 

Cool. Really hope to see you driving the Jimmy soon.

Today I drove the Monte like I stole it. It was fun to open it up for a change.
