Everything I can check about the info of my cars has been correct. The rarity thing seems a bit exagerated (like my Regal GS is 1 of only 3), but the page does elaborate a bit more on this. But all the option and stuff it lists seems bang on. I don't know how they're gathering this info...

Hmm, options sound right and I can't say I've heard of many 3LT packages.

There are 17 2006 MONTE CARLO LT vehicles (0.189%) matching your exact options list. There are 19 (0.212%) with at least as many options.
