I will chime in!
Great Topic Space!

I have been with the same carrier for the last 16 yrs...

My cell service was originally Ameritech, Then changed to Cingular and are now known as AT&T... My very first phone was a Motorola flip phone...
Then I had a Nokia non flip... ... next was a Pantech flip phone... which I actually had 4 around 4 years... My next phone was a Nokia 900 windows phone.... After learning about the capeabilitys of the android phones..I kicked my self for 2 yrs using that piece of crap....

I now have the New Samsung Galaxy S4 !!!!

I have never had any real issues with AT&T with service or billing... And as you all know Lizzy and I travel all over the country and service has not been an issue anywhere across the country!

I have a Blackberry Z10 on ATT. I'm happy with the service, I hardly ever have an issue.

...Thanks David & Mike,
I've never owned my own cell phone & have been researching different companies & plans. My company phones are AT&T & have had good service (a few billing problems that they resolved)

I've read some major problems with some carrier's with there reception & billings. The more I research the more I'm finding that I have to learn a lot about all the various phones & everything that they can do.

Thanks again for taking time to post your information. I will be checking back to see what other member's post...

I have a Galaxy S3 on T-Mobile. The Service is good, not as good as Verizon. Customer service is OK. At least they Think, unlike Sprint. Those guys just ready their cards and don't Listen to the customers.the cost could be lower. But I have 3 phones on the plan with Unlimited Everything.....

In my experience, phones that are based on GSM do better inside buildings and underground. CDMA phones (like verizon) don't work as well inside buildings.

Also I like having a SIM card that I can swap around to phones if I ever need to.

I have been with T-Mobile for about 10 plus years. I like their prices $46 per month, unlimited talk, text, works fine with me. Still have my old Nokia flip phone, I too like the sim card feature. Bought a few of thse phones and tucked them away till one finally fails after a couple of years or so. If I had a nice phone in the construction trade, it would not be nice for very long.

I have tmobile. Its cheap for my family since we have had it since i think the late 90s. I have a android phone that was real cheap because the phone i had before broke. It works ok but i am going to buy something else cause i found a different one for like $50. I do like the sim card idea too.

Thanks `Mike & Member's for your posts & information. I appreciate 4-Sure I just read about the GSM vs CDMA, + Sim Cards etc...It's like you need to take a college course to find the right phone & carrier.

I've learned the hard way & found that it pays to do your homework before you purchase anything of value 4-Real.

Thanks `all
