awesomeSS:

the probelm with ur car is they DONT WANT IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! as i am an avid "mini deal searcher" i know the Patrick has been sitting on 3 mini S's and they arent listed anywere, Bill jacobs is sitting on two S's right now with multiple minis. they all have been there for over 6 months. with the new clubman they are whats selling.

but yeah these are very extremely depreciable cars i benefited from it before but now im feeling a bit o hurt from it

I just tried to trade my yellow 02 LS with everything but onstar for an 06 SS. my car has 79,000 miles the body and paint is almost showroom cond. 06 is laser blue and 40,000 and at $14,900 sounded reasonable. I owe $5,500 and they offerd me $3,500 and of course would love to add the negative equity into a new finace package. I know that is typical dealer stuff so I just walked out and don't answer there 2-3 calls a day wanting to deal.

RJ
I got LTZ 2 months after you got yours.....

I owe 17000 on her.....

Trade in is worth 14900.... right now....

I am not getting raid of mine by no means...... If any of my montes go it will be the 2005 LT2... and she will be traded in on a new Camaro SS.....
and if I am upside down at that time frame.... they are just going to have to add it to the Camaro if they want the sell......

How many miles re on your LTZ?

Right now my car is at 14,503 miles.

According to Motor Trends setting my car is 2,503 miles above the 0-12,000 mile mark. Their guide lines state the car drops in value above 12,000 miles right now.

Two weeks ago when we made a trip to Michigan we stopped at a Chevy dealer on Lewis Ave in Toledo to look a 2006 SS Monte over. A man came out to help us. I asked about the SS Monte. He said he thought the car was under contract? I asked him what they were asking for the car and how many miles were on it? He said they wanted $18k for the car with 36k or 38k miles on it. I told him my'06 Montehad 14k miles on it and he told me it was still brand new. He wanted me to bring the car past so he could see it. But I explained we lived close to Dayton, OH. Bringing the car to his dealership would take a little effort.
(and unless we're going to see Deb's parents I'm not willing to put 300 miles on my '06 Monte just for the heck of it)

The man at this Chevy dealer kind of laughed at me when I told him we owned 4 Monte Carlos. Wonder what he would have said if I would have mentioned I also own 6 '57 Chevies??????????????

You need to post pictures of those other Montes. [sm=icon_cheers.gif]

I'd like to find a '98 or '99 Monte for a daily driver. If none can be found a '95-97 will be okay, too.

I'd just prefer one with less then 100k miles on it.
