Evening all, snowing around here and i've got school. Last time that happened i spun out and dented up the monte. Hoping history doesn't repeat itself tonight.

 

Good Evening all. Home and getting ready to settle in for the night. Might do some vacation hotel shopping for our trip to Florida around Christmas. Unsure where we are going but Daytona for sure and maybe Miami or Space's warehouse. Family in Orlando so might spend a night there.

 

I love the DAYTONA BEACH AREA . I went to Daytona Beach for 26 yrs every March for Bike Week. We'd spend 2 weeks around that area and ride our azz's off. Alway made it a point to stop in and have one beer at the BOOTHILL SALOON ! That area is NUTS during bike week. Thats where I met and talked to Jessie James. We have a mutal friend. He's pretty low key kind of guy. ok nough said. Like FLA during the winter time

Hi `Jerry, let me know your plans before you take `off. I don't know my status for December. The 1st is my birthday & also the end of my double shifts @ the warehouse. I will be transfering to a new position, but it has not been decided yet. I just know that I am going to be happy not working double shifts/7 nights a week for just about 2 years...I 4-got what it's like to be normal, even though I've never really been normal (whatever normal is ?) It would be great to get together..

Hi Rick, I haven't been to Daytona Beach for a few years, but I have been to the airport to pick-up or drop `off, but that's mostly travel on I-95...My friends say that it needs updated & crime has increased in that area . I always enjoyed bike week because the bikes travel all over central Florida & they sure produce some sweet sounds from their bike

It only just started snowing at home when i left, and the roads only got worse the further i went to the point where i almost went back. But i'm here and theres me, 2 other people and the professor. Going home later shall be fun.

 

Good "afternoon" from Mexico. It's just before 5pm here. No Daylight Saving Time so the two hour time change is better than three. Just learned today that one of the new Mexican interns down here has a 1984 Monte Carlo drag car so we talked about our cars for a little while. He showed me a few pictures and a drag racing video of his, and he was interested in mine so I showed him some of my pictures.

 

still not snowing down here yet i hear it's been snowing in jersey scince about noon.....
