Ryan That seems like a good price for that house. How does it compare to others in your area.

The weather was great here today. It's still 61* outside. I fixed my heater control lights, i just replaced them with some small 12v bulbs I had here. I will probably do them with led's sometime now that i know how it works. Then the kitchen faucet broke so i changed it with one I had here and it didnt work. So I went to buy a new one. It was 55 bucks and the spigot is really loose. I'm gonna take it back in the morning

Yeah I figured by buying one that was more expensive I'd get a better faucet. It's all metal but the part that tightens the spout down is plastic.

 

Wow that just makes no sense to make that outta plastic

 

Our kitchen faucet leaks on the spray head , have a new spray head on the way Free..

 

Yeah I think I'm gonna get a Moen, i've heard they make good stuff. I'll have to pry my wallet open and spend a few bucks tho, they are pricey.

 

Sittin here trying to figure out how to succesfully repaint a car and have it look nice and not crappy. like some members who can make it look like a car was painted in any color from the factory I remembered i have access to adobe photoshop cs4 through my studen portal so i figured i'd give it a whirl

 

my date went great! i think we are going out again on saturday to a hockey game

she is originally from Detroit so maybe down the road i will get to go to the autoshow she said she had been there before

forgot to mention that i get to be in a wedding as a groomsman too. a childhood friend called me and he told me he wanted me to be in the wedding i was pretty shocked to say the least. but i am looking forward to it
