afternoon all, 96 here with heat index well into the 100's and the a/c crankin. I dont know if going to human resources would work out for me. As i'd probably never hear the end of that. From the minute this kid came in the door i didn't like him as i knew him from high school. He is very full of himself and thinks he knows it all. He was saying how i take so long to put my aisle together and i walk around all night, last night i put my aisle up the fastest i ever have and i hear him saying "ooooooo so fast" so honestly the hell with him. Anyway.....time to sit here and relax for a while before work

Justin, unless they do it different up there, the sirens only come on to warn of tornado warnings. They also are not meant to warn people who are inside. Otherwise you'd have to put up about 5 times as many sirens and even then they still would not penetrate some buildings. This is why it's critical that you have a weather radio.

That damage appears to be mostly straight line wind damage. From the pics you've shown I don't see anything to indicate a tornado.

Ugh guess it's time to start thinking about getting ready for work. Not looking forward to that.

Evening all ...I was in Bluffton IN. today for work. I got word from my sister on the way home that mom may have had a mini stoke they are doing some blood work and based on that maybe a cat scan... Her memory has gone done the tubes the last two weeks accoding to sis. I am in MI and mom is in AZ. not going to worry too much untill we hear back from the tests. Mom is 95.

Will be working from home rest of the week. Hope you all had a good hump day.
