Hey all! Yesterday and today: I ordered Duplicolor black gloss engine enamel spray spraint and Duplicolor red and yellow paint pens for pen painting my engine cover. I also ordered dark tint in-channel Weathertech wind deflectors, an SLP upper grille, and my HIDs! Guess who's excited to mod?!

I just returned from a Airport Run to Orlando...They sure drive crazy in that town 4-Sure...It's like being in a Stop & Go race & it seems everyone is stressed `Out & trying to get somewhere in a hurry... & I think they are all on `Drugs

My boss just told me I don't have to return to work until 9 PM instead of 7pm

Just got the news, they accepted my $13,500 offer on my new rental property. This is number 2. I am on my way to riches. LOL. If I can get at least 2 a year, I will be set whe retirement comes hopefully. Housing market is so bad here, I can buy these propertues cheap. This house is probably over 100K in some of your areas, but around here in good economy, probably 40-45K when I finish it up.

How long will it be before you take possession ? How much to you believe you will have to invest in it before you can rent it ? Are property taxes/insurance high in your area ?

Yea, its got its bad parts(what job doesn't) but over all its less frustrating (?)for more money

 

Good afternoon everyone! Not much going on tonight.

Removed my alternator to polish it up two nights ago and just didn't have it in me haha! Roughed it up good but just didn't want anything to do with it lol. May work on it a little more tonight if I get bored enough

 

I shouldn't have any more than 18K in it when we are all done. Deal should close around 3 weeks and taxes are low here. Heck my house is only 260 a year. Here is a pic of it but we are going to do some serious landscaping. It as a garage, storage shed and privacy fenced back yard. 2 Bd with bonus room.
