Hey space!! I did get to the top! lead a 5.11 climb!!!!!! (very hard indeed!)
Was fun but REAL sore today. good tthing i have the day off!

Hi Devin, it's great to read that you make it to the Top (Where U always belonged in `Life) Yes, no pain, no gain 4-Sure...My grandfather is amazing & has recovered from his stroke & is back to running the beach every morning for over 2miles. (I miss running with him)..Work has been hectic, but that's why I get the big $'s 4 (LOL)..The guys I work with are great & we make it fun all the time..A happy employee is a great employee 4-Real
EnJoy your day `off & have some more fun I think Sgt Miller has been work'in 2 hard & needs a break.
From yesterday blog I read where he is going to put on his bikini underwear & go shop'in @ Walmart

Good morning MCF'ers! Its a new day and I'm going to make the most of it. Only 78* here, much better than a week ago. Today we're going to explore a new trail at a local park that we haven't been to in a while. There's an old quarry there, filled with water and lily pads and huge fish. They keep it fenced off so people can't throw water bottles into it and ruin it. Have a great Monte day!!!

Happy Hump Day All,
Rain! We finally got some much needed rain! My lawn actually has a light green sheen to it for the first time in weeks. Amazing what a little water will do. I didn't believe the weatherman when he said to expect rain yesterday so I rode to work. Rode home in a steady rain, but it felt great. More rain on tap for today.
