Good Morning forum. Getting ready to take my son to school and out for beakfast with my Mom. Then not much on my schedule I guess

 

Good morning to all in MCF land. I seen this today and thought it was pretty cool for a Kia Maybe Space can make a full post about it with a poll. I would but I don't know how.

Mornin guys. Just got home from work. Passed a friend of mine on my way from work. She was pulling into the Kangaroo on her way to work so naturally I had to call and pester her haha. Gonna grab me some food. I'm hungry. I'm losing patience with the guy I'm training. Late back from first break, loligagging around and not making any effort to move with a purpose even on tasks that he knows, said he had to go to the bathroom and then took 10 or 15 minutes before he got back, then he took off before we were done with setup when I wasn't looking. I'd already explained to him how setup works the previous two nights and he still took off right after he was done with last number (and still needed three more seats done).

I'll be having some words with him tomorrow when we get in and if that doesn't fix it then I'm gonna have to tell the supervisor that he's either gonna have to move the guy or let him go. I don't think he's got what it takes to work on rear line unless he changes his attitude real quick. Maybe they can work with him on bucket line but I'll leave that up to the supervisor.

Good Morning all, we got the appraisal in on the potential new house. It came in $20,000 over the purchase price so that is nice. The lender is trying to close by the end of the month so we will see what happens.

Have a great Hump day all, I am off to work early for my meetings.
