there is only one area in town i wouldnt live because of flooding. everything else is alright in my book. my grandma that broke her hip was told today that she isnt making any progress in therapy so she either has to go home or start paying for a room in the nursing home. she cant take care of herself at all anymore so my gut says she will be staying in the nursing home. If my uncle decides to sell the house i might ask him about it but it would be way over my budget. they think it is 170k house and needs shingles next year.

 

Just for show, here is the house I purchased for 11K, 3 Bd, 1 bath. In a very nice little suberb.

I know exactly what that is, and it called some different things in different areas.

 

Ha Jon, I googled it and order that all the time. Just don't eat it that particular way.

 

Try putting them together sometime, it's actually quite good, especially if you cant make up your mind if you want chicken or beef.

Its actually really nice. Only problem it lacks a garage. But has a big fenced in back yard big enough for a huge garagmahol like we all want.
