Morning All,

Cold wet start to the day. Rain changing to snow this afternoon. I'll be trying to get home early today to beat the snow and rush hour w/people who don't know how to drive in this weather.

Happy Hump Day.

We had our Flags here at the Federal Building in New Orleans at half staff at 5am
Like Rick said never forget what happened 70 years ago today because if we do we might just relive it.

Sparky we'll be getting the same kind of stuff that y'all will. Looks like it'll change over around the time I wake up. And I gotta go to the store before work ugh.

Mornin' all. I had a couple of things to tend to this morning so I'm running a little late checking out the forum. The mercury is sitting at 34° with 97% humidity. As previously mentioned, take a moment today to remember those that were lost on this day 70 years ago. Hope everyone makes a good one of it today.

I forgot to metion. But I started up the compressor yesterday afternoon to check the tires. Well it seems like the tire pressure reading coming from the dashboard is adding 10 lbs to whats really reading by the tire gage. So I had lowered my tire pressure in the spring to around 22 or 24 lbs. It rode real nice. I have 18's on the SS. So when the alarm showed on the dash low tire. OH s***. I pulled over and it looked good. it was too damn cold early in the am. So I waited till late aft to recheck them. So I added air and brough it back up to around 30 lbs. No alarms and the ride is Ok. So Mike ya buy one yet? At 7:50 am in Minn its a freakin 14 degrees and a slight wind. Cloudy

Yeah, you'll probably get more snow than we will. Gotta get that truck back! We had a '94 Suburban that was great in the snow. I'm missing it about now. Be safe out there.

Good Morning Everyone!!!

Yesterday I turned my Monte to 160,000 on my way to work! Then found out that I got a promotion, including a company car (Toyota Prius :/), but i'm not complaining. Now my Monte can sit in the garage and not get all kinds of miles piled on it.

I hope everyone's week is going well. Happy hump day!

I love that Burb in bad weather. It acts like it's on dry ground. I remember after I got it and it snowed I tried to do donuts in it. Key word is TRY. Best I did was half a donut. And that took some serious effort to do. Another month or two (unless I get a very generous Christmas present from Dad) and I'll have the transmission paid for. I'm ready to get it back. It hasn't seen the road in almost a year now.

MAMONTE congrats on the promotion and the company car.
SupplySgt I've wanted a suburban for a long time but I don't really need that big of a vehicle for anything. It would be fun in the winter tho.
