Space, so true. Without a positive attitude, we cant make good things happen for us. I made an offer on a rental property yesterday. 3 years ago it sold for 38k, originally listed this time for 22k, been lowered twice down to 15,400. I made an offer of 10,400. I doubt it will be accepted, but will see what they counter. It is a repo Hud home. There are so many repo'd homes around here and just so many homes for sale. Gotta make money how we can I guess. I may hear back today since it is all electronic. My sister and I are going partners on this. Plan is since we will have no mortgage on this one, get it all cleaned up and mortgage it and buy another, and just keep the system going. Always have one paid off. Anyone else into rental property with some advice for me?

Good luxk on the rental man... I wish I has some advice to give but I don't own any property
Shocker, how many miles are on your car? Have you changed the rans filter at all?
These transmissions aren't known to any heat related failure, but 4th gear hates life.
I'm not too sure if they ever put the hardened stuff in the transmissions as they went through the years, but it would be worth a shot to try that first.

Yes, I think a positive attitude in life is so much better then a negative one...The best way I've found to stay positive is to not watch the news in our World (It depresses `me 4-Sure) So many problems : (

Morning friends!
Being lazy this morning (ya again) I'll clean the Deuce, play Oblivian and hopefully Menard will get the mechinac's release and be able to come home today. Breakline transplant and new rear breaks. He'll need front ones before winter. Counting on him for camping tomorrow.... he can carry lots of stuff...
