Good afternoon everyone, dealing with an injured worker today and I hate the amount of red tape you have to go through when making an injury report and starting an accident claim. They have automated everything, but it almost makes things more difficult at times lol, I can see many ways to streamline it but don't have the rights within the system to change anything and in order to make changes you have to deal with someone that is 5 hours away and doesn't really want to be bothered by you lol, ah such is life. Not sure what is on the agenda for this evening but the sun is shining brightly so may have to wash the car as long as it doesn't plan on getting too cold so that it freezes up overnight
I hope everyone is enjoying their day

Ken, I'm familiar with that process of having to file injury paperwork. I went through a bad experience with a work injury and the red tape that goes along with it. Answering a thousand questions about details and such. They have surveillance cameras at work -- watch the tapes if you don't believe me. I don't file an injury report unless it's a major injury. Even then it's questionable. I didn't file a report when I tore the muscle in my leg. My manager wanted to, but I refused. I don't want unmarked white vans with hidden cameras following me around again. Treating me like a criminal suspect.
