We "Bought The Farm"
Well, we did it. We signed a sales agreement yesterday and it got countersigned by the sellers. It's official. We bought 7 acres in the country, close to half way between Lansing, MI, where LadyT is now working, and Portage, MI, where I currently work. This takes ONE HOUR out of LadyT's commute EACH WAY!!!.
It's a small farm. It's an estate sale, and until last winter, had 5 head of steer. It has 7 kinds of apple trees, a small vineyard, 6 acres of pasture, a pole barn, paved drive, full basement,.....and probably the nicest part, it's in the beautiful rolling hills of southern Michigan, only 3 miles out of the nearest village

hay sweet did the truck come with the purchase if it did you will have a truck to bring project engine's and also a project car hint hint besides congrats. what i ment hint hint was building a engine gor your monte as well getting a beefy trans and slide it in.

No, there is some sentimental value to that truck. They want to keep it. Maybe someday.
