They are B-Body cars.

I tried really hard to get a 96 SS for a DD a while ago, could not find a decent one for under $10,000 so I dropped that pipe dream.

The Impala was born as a full size car and remained that way until 96.

I almost bought a 1995 Impala SS new , Bought a new S10 instead ..
I should of bought the Impala SS ..

Those 1994-96 Impala SS's are nice massive cars, I've always liked them. It's rare to see one in mint condition, let alone at all, and it's hard to come across a nice one for a good price. Most that I see on the road look decent at a distance but on closer inspection are just disheveled.

I like them, nice one for sale aound here, was gonna go look at it but decided against. They are pretty sharp I think and from the size of them, one should expect a V8 I would think.

Did they have the LT1 aluminum heads or iron heads? i cant rmbr, most around here are beat up & have huge rims

Cast iron in the Impala, also less HP because of a different CAM
