finally got the lowdown

mom has stage 4 breast cancer that has spread into her bone marrow, her cancer count is over 200 and it should be 30. we will know wednesday if its treatable or not but the outlook is grim.....i just dontknow man i dont know no more

 

Chris, Man belive me when i say you will never understand why this happens. But i guess it is just me getting old. You will get threw this and it hurts like hell but for some unkowen reson you need to go threw it. things liek this make us who we are. You will be ok. I hope seriously that she beats it but that is a tuff one to beat. My mother inlaw died from this same thign and with in 2 years after finding in stage one was gone. Sorry to le tyou know this is not a fun one to fight. Good luck my frend!! Again im so sorry to hear of this. But keep looking in to the futre and see the positive as much as you can and do not dwell on the bad things enjoy the short time we have with her. And remeber her for what she was/Is not for how it will change you or her.

My mom was taken by breast cancer when I was small. I agree with Mickey. I couldn't have said it better myself.

i have to say this is one of the few times im so glad tha ti never knew my father. I have heard stories and seen photos but that was all. but saved me from this. again im so sorry chris. we are thinking and pryin for ya

 

new update: aug 11 she goes under the knife, their gonna remove the tumor and some bone and some of the surrounding area. and while shes under gonna biopsy it all and see how far its gone, if all is good they will stop there and start chemo the 14th. if its bad their gonna remove both her breasts, start bone marrow transplants and chemo on the 14th. its bad either way i suppose?

 

Things have come a long way in cancer research Chris. You mom has a much better chance today than my mom had years ago. Try to remain positive. If she sees everyone else around her giving up, she'll give up too.
