I'll listen to most music. But I have to be in the mood for it. I focus mainly on rock though.

So what does the Space dude listen to? And we demand an answer. No weaselling your way out of it.

 

I'm a big rock person. I grew up on classic rock, and just constantly listen to it all.

I have 3 months of XM radio, and I'm just scouring through finding all of the rock stations and liking everything!

 

I don't even know all of the genres of the stuff I listen to. Being into quality audio has vastly expanded my music tastes. Brief check on iTunes shows I have like 70 different genres with names I'd have never guessed.

Some favorites.














Lots of that kind of stuff. And then there's some electronica and rap/hip hop and country and jazz and "alternative" (whatever that is?) and some 70s and 80s and 90s and just a lot of various high-quality well recorded stuff.

Pretty much everything except screamo.

 

80's Rock, New Wave, and Hip-Hop/Rap are my favorites. Even starting to get more into the early 90's stuff. I listen to a wide variety of music overall, except Country. I can't stand Country.

 

Really 2 sides of my music taste.
I listen to hard rock/screamo bands like Fear Factory and All that remains.
But i also like bands like Radiohead and John Mayer.
Also like the classic rock, like jamming out to Led Zeppelin and Floyd.

 

I like classic rock, 50s through 90 music and some of the new stuff don't like rap, grunge or hardcore

 

I will listen to mostly anything. I really like the Dubstep and Electronic music, but I also like rock, country, rap. Pretty much anything.

 

I listen to everything for the 40's to current it for me is all mood biased like cruising to a car show it would be rock from the 50's to the 70's if i am with the car club if it a Car Stereo Show it my be any thing from classical to contemporary jazz or rhythm and blues for a Sq show or if its Spl it maybe Dubstep or Rap just daily in the office is rock and Country and it may sound crazy but to fall asleep I use a speaker pillow and listen to the old time radio thrillers from the 40's -50's that stuff works like a charm after a long day . I have a little over 17,000 songs in my ITunes account

 

Hello `Lou, I just listen to the music in my head I think (LOL)
Being raise/taught & influenced by my grandfather & his senior citizen friends I like all their music from the 40's, 50's, 60's, 70's...+ (Some of the Big Band tunes)...Country +

Also classical, Rock & Roll, Jazz, E.Z. listening, all types of `jazz, comtemporary, (I like Bad Company/Queen/Ac-Dc/etc.

I don't have a good system & just listen to a portable Sony Radio.
I can't imagine a World without Music , could you ?

p.s. I never got in2 rap & I still don't get in2 super head shak'in bass which is popular with others in my age group..., but (I've difference 4-Sure)...In the last few years I got in2 listening to `Dub stuff & enjoy several artist & their talents.

Driving ? I prefer to listen to the sounds of the engine & the CAI or Turbo's/superchargers sing their tunes...I wouldn't need a $10K+ sounds system `if I had a good sounding Performance ride 4-Sure...
