Chris, again we are sorry to read of your problems.
I would really consider getting a attorney in that area.
And `if you can't afford one, I would check into legal aid.
You can use your `puter search engine to check out the resources
in your state.
Life sure can suck sometimes, but it's just a test to see what
you are made of....Just make it a challenge, and don't let
the bad people win...You're not a quitter are you ?
"If first you don't succeed, try, try, try, try again" : )
Don't let them win ! Rebuild yourself, and go for the Gold.
We wish you better luck, and a happier life.

Chris this happens all the time. That guy has to pay part of your unemployment. Think he wants to?

I had to supply 2 years of pay stubs when I got my wrist injured at work. The tool shop owner said I injured my wrist at home working on my '57s. The hand specialist THEY sent me to backed me up. He told Worker's Comp no way could I do the damage done to my wrist at home. I would have stopped before so much damage was done due to pain.

When they operated my wrist this doctor took pics. He said he'd never seen so much damage and he was going to submit an article to medical magazines to see if he could get the pics published.

You might want to ask the unemployment office as well that when you prove that you worked for him if you can sue for fraud. He is lying to a government agency afterall.

Chris, We all feel for ya, dude! It WILL get better! Are you at least over being sick?
I'm guessing if he is denying you working there ever, than he has NEVER paid any taxes on your behalf, either! State, Fed, OR S.S.! What do ya think? I think you got him! Take him DOWN!
