Nice cool day here in Kansas. I had the chance to mow the lawn after taking the family to the doctor's office. I am dead tired. I have been on night shift and I am not adjusting to it very well at all.

It has to be difficult to work nights 4 U. Especially having a family & young children, and trying to sleep during the `day
How long will you be on nights ? It does take some time to adapt to nights...Some do, faster then others...

Try not to drink to much coffee or beverages with caffeine all night (I'm still try'in to cut down on coffee @ night)..
Don't eat a big meal b-4 you crash out That's all, I'm out of suggestions, but hopefully other night shifter will post some advice : ) I just got `up & still in a fog, but wanted to say `Hi.
