Morning All,
Dreary start to the day here - cool & rainy. Left the bike at home; drivers around here get really stupid in the rain for some reason.
Go Lions! Go Tigers!
I didn't get to see the Tigers game but saw the Lions run over the Bears. Good game!

Thanks guys. I'm sitting in her room right now waiting for them to discharge her.
That Explorer heater literally stopped working right in the middle of last winter. I was so mad I parked it and took the plates and insurance off (it also needed its third wheel bearing, which I have since replaced). I didn't want to deal with it anymore til warmer weather. Then I hurt my hand, my wife got sick, etc. and I didn't have much time to mess with it when spring came.

At home today yesterday I had a flu shot and I felt bad last night with 101 fever.
I feel much better now so I guess the flu shot just knocked me down for 24hr.

Kerry my wifes cousin had an explorer for sale and I asked him what he wanted for it because it looked like a nice truck. He said I'm not selling this thing to anyone I know. He said he replaced something at least 1 a month on it. Oh yeah and didn't someone on here have one catch on fire. Get rid of it man you don't need any more headaches.

I agree Lou. I've put 3 wheel bearings on it. Transmission problems twice. First time it was the solenoid pack, the second time it was just plain shot and I replaced it with one out of a junkyard. I also had a front differential put in. Then the temperature selector quit working. I may be forgetting some other smaller things, but that's all the expensive stuff. I completely don't trust it anymore and I've never lost faith this bad in any vehicle I've owned.

Ugh, SES popped back on. I'll worry about pulling the code when after I get a couple hours of sleep. It literally popped on as I was parking. Crap...New O2 sensors already on there, the cat looks perfect, and if it's the same code that prompted us to check the sensors and the cat myself and the mechanic are gonna pull our hair out (well I don't have any hair but that's beside the point). The place I bought it from has been covering the costs on this though so at least I'm not out of pocket anything.
