It's called a Nor-Easter because of the Direction it moves (North-east)
The reason they are so powerful is because they start down in North Carolina/Florida area where the Air is Warmer so it gathers strength then it moves North East and hits the east coast and dumps all of that energy out on us!

Is there an election going on today? I hadn't noticed. They really should mention it on tv so people will know about this.

So today is the day. The decision day. All the opinion polls we've been hearing about up till now don't matter. Today's decision is the real thing. This is the decision everyone will have to live with for the next 4 years. So choose wisely.

Good Morning all. Polls weren't open when I left for work. Maybe I can get there after but cionsidering I work out of town, probably won't happen.
Slow start at work, cold weather plays havoc with the plant, asphalt wouldn't flow properly but we are off and running now. Have a great day.

Not all states have those laws

PA is one of them. Your employer does not have to give you paid time or anything to go vote.
