DANG IT!!! You beat me to it Todd. 
I told myself I was going to start one of the daily blogs before my reign of MOTM was up. . . since i'm still up i was going to get started on it seeing that it's about 5 till midnight. O well, to tomorrow night LOL. O ya . . . .

Well I was supposed to be sleeping right now but my wife got called in to work. I don't understand how people can call in all the time and not lose there jobs. Seems like there are enough people who would love to work everyday. Oh well extra days are good for our bank account I guess.

Mornin guys. Just got home from work. We officially got our first snow of the year last night. Earlier than last year too. I'm worn out. Ready for a day off but that won't be happening till the end of next week.

Mornin' all. It's a chilly 35° with 93% humidity this morning. We actually saw the Sun briefly yesterday afternoon following several days of gray overcast and rain. It's supposed to remain dry today but showers are predicted to roll in again tonight.
I know what you mean Lou...I don't get how some people call in 'sick' to work all the time. There's a couple people at my wife's work that do the same thing. What I really don't understand though is why management tolerates it. They have a policy that 3 unexcused absenses is grounds for termination, yet they don't enforce it. It seems to me there are people out of work that would be more than happy to show up and do their job every day. The only difference at my wife's work is that there aren't any workers to call in so it adds to the job duties of those that are at work. They imposed a hiring freeze, laid off some workers, froze wages (4 years ago - no step or cost of living increase) and recently invoked a 3% pay cut. On top of that union dues and insurance costs have increased yearly. It sucks, but my wife is happy to still have a job.
Hope everyone makes a good one of it today.
