Afternoon all. kinda grey but warm out. we just got home from our last honor roll assembly in elementary school. Donuts Punch and good memories

 

Well its 1:20 pm & still only 60 degree's The weather man said a high of 76 today. Don't think thats going to happen today. We took Ozzie for our 1st walk since we've been back. Back on my legs were sore the 1st mile or so. But I picked up the pace a little and it felt good on the way back. Cloudy & breezy. So nothing goin on here today. Might finish fixing our bedroom fan this aft. Then Might tackle the sliding door lock. Space I remember being so busy that I never knew when I was going to be able to sit or watch a movie . But now I enjoy this calmer times in my life. Only excitement is what I cause. Well most of the time. Ok....I'll check back in later. Angie No Storms today ? I see you had a few early today. Hope that Monte was in the garage. hail damage "can't" always be fixed. So take the time to put it away. Plus it stays cleaner longer that way

afternoon everyone, went to perkins for breakfast, that was tasty. Still gray here but very bright outside and around 70. My pin number came for my new debit card and im now functioning at 100% at the new bank, now i just have to move the rest of my money over and close my old account. Heard this song the other night at work and its kinda been stuck in my head ever since.

Time for your center time 3:40 pm UPDATE:p. Still not raining here Jerry. The temp is still way off from what our weatherman said is was going to be. 65 & cloudy & windy. No where near the 74 & Thunderstorms. But that's a good thing. So What I've been doing around the house ? 1st of all we have a small fan about 8 inchs that we turn on during the night. Gives us that white noise in our room. We've been doing this for over 35 yrs now. When I started on the night shift kids were home for the summer. Well everything they did inside. I could hear in my bedroom. So either no sleep or lock them out side to play. A friend of mine told me what he does. That where the FAN comes in. Never ever had a problem with noise filtering in while I'm sleeping now. But getting back to the fan. They get really dusty and this one used to squeal . So I took it apart clean the heck out of it and took some petroleum jelly on the motor. Man it's so Quite now. Still enough wind noise to do the job. I'm just patting myself on the back. Since no one else will

 

afternoon all, skies have cleared and the sun is shining here at 70 degrees. I'm heading off to my first night of new classes at school. Space to answer your question, i have a computer programming class and an enlgish class. So nothing difficult like statistics i had before, (bombed the final in that class BAD) Hard stuff. Anyway, have a good night everyone.

 

PART 2... Of my afternoon home & bored! We have a doorwall leading out the deck. Well for the last year its been tough to lock. You have this handle to push down that locks it at night. Well it been getting harder & harder. . Quiet Angie. So this afternoon. I said why not. For over 30 mins I was fooling around try to adjust it. Nothing I did helped. Scared to break something I was being real careful. Nothing was going right for me. I seen this screw on the side. It didn't look loose. But I started messin with it. HEY this is where you adjust the slider on the door. That comes up and locks. ALL FREAKIN RIGHT. Did something again that came out right. Figured I'd better quit while I'm ahead for the day
