Morning guys.
Another cold morning, frost on everything, but it's suppose to be sunny and warm up into the low 50s today.
Did some cleanup at the house yesterday. I think we're painting trim and some closet doors tonight. I have a leak to figure out at the kitchen sink area now.

Hi Frosty `Matt,
Home ownership means constant repairs. I owned a condo that was around ten years old and I still had to do constant repairs inside. I'm happy I sold it @ a good profit.
