COMCAST SUCKS
While I did manage to get my rate lowered with the same service, I then had three non working boxes. He was able to fix one, but after 3 conversations, I have managed to lose two tv's and still higher bill than last month.
However in their defense, I like the service and internet speed better that AT&T. But still PO'd. They said a tech would be out tomorrow and check it. Could cost me $60 bucks. Told them i wasn't paying it since it worked before my phone call. They try to charge me and they will be leaving with their equipment for sure.

Most of these companys dont care about there consumer i had the same deal with directv, had it installed & from day 1 my parents box didnt work right it would just shut off randomly & they wanted $100 to fix it, so i gave em mine & got a dvr box from a friend & have been using it without paying the extra $10

 

Guess I'll start getting ready for work. WKU isn't playing worth a half a damn. Be nice to have the window down on my way to work tonight though. It's still in the mid 70s.

 

We just switched to Uverse and it's the same speed internet than Comcast. So far I like the service.

 

Comcrap has a monopoly here in this county. If I move to Bedford or Cannon County I can get Charter who has pretty decent speeds themselves, plus they have an agreement with the Big Ten Network where you can stream games from your phone as long as you have that channel as part of your cable subscription. Comcrap doesn't have it. They have BTN, but not the option to stream from the phone.
