Good morning everyone - I rinsed the Monte off yesterday but the roads were wet this morning - it didn't last long. I guess we had an earthquake yesterday night but didn't feel a thing - they discovered a new fault line just northwest of where I live.

Good morning Rick. So much for trying to get back to sleep so far this morning. Some guy came knocking on my door looking for a neighbor. It didn't take long for my bed to get cold. It is sunny and the temp is 60 now with highs to reach the mid to upper 70's. We are supposed to have highs in the mid eighties later in the week.

Ashley focus on one task at a time and then you won't feel so overwhelmed. You can only do one thing at a time anyway.

This is post number 1800. I guess I say a lot about nothing. Lol

Morning MCF'ers,

Nice ride to work the last couple days. Cold but clear. Beautiful riding weather by afternoon. Unfortunately rain coming in again tomorrow. We can't get dried out with major storms rolling through so regularly. Incredibly wet winter this year.

Just found out we have a bad passenger-side hub / bearing on the Monte. And I don't have time to try tackling that job myself right now. So our local repair shop is doing it for me today. Also found out that the lower intake manifold gasket is having issues again. Aaarrrrggghhh... But it's probably my fault, so I can't complain too loud. I replaced upper / lower gaskets last year and had a hard time with the lower. Probably never got it seated perfectly. Live and learn...

I was out watching the red birds eat at the bird feeder. I love watching them. We usually only have 2 but this winter we have 4. Did have some Blue Jays but haven't seen them since last summer. Hopefully they come back. Been putting another coat of paint on my white letters. Seems to be looking good. I have to take them back to Wal-Mart and have them rebalanced, several have fallen off. Must have been some kinda oil on the new rims and now a days they use stick on weights. Bad thing is I know probably which two rims they fell from but gonna take all 4 back to make sure. Do not want any vibrations if I don't have to.

I love the birds too... Except this pesky wood pecker that always is knocking off pine needles and bark onto my truck! LOL The Blue Jays always chase the other birds away from our feeders. Mean old things!

But I still can put them in and they will be the same as the stock ones? I drive mainly back roads at night and I rarely ever have to pass a car, I just feel like it would look funny with HIDs for my lows and stock bulbs for highs, does it look funny or anything?
