Jerry, I'm not far at all from downtown St. Louis. I think you could be talking about the Webster Jazz & Blues Festival, held in late summer. If you come thru here be sure to look me and my Monte up! (I live two miles from where they hold the festival in Webster)
Yea Mike I just looked you up on MQ. I don't know what the festival was called but it was in Downtown St. Louis by the riverfront close to Arch. Not sure if they still do it, been a few years since I was there. Never heard of Webster.

It's all about the road trip.. Might go to St. Louis one weekend this year. We used to go on labor day weekend. Always a blast. I think they always had a Blues festival. We just walked around and hit the bars and the President Riverboat.
