Hi `Michael, I think everyone needs to splurge at times, but not all the time. You should come & work with me `if you want to lose weight. I keep trying to get to 150 lbs, but working the warehouses in the heat I'm back down to 140 lbs & eat everything (healthy foods), but lots of them...
Maybe I should start eat'in chocolate cake in the mornings LOL..I've been drooling think'in about chocolate cake & will most likely dream about it when I go on my recharge LOL

`Mike, how much do U weigh now ? We use to be close in weigh ?

Yes, that's because Mod Michael shares his chocolate cake with you & not me ~> LOLYou better get your bike back from your dad's & start riding to work
in this heat WOW...+ you are a good cook..I eat a lot of fruits & veggie + lots of sea-foods..I like candy, but I don't eat much cause I think 2 much sugar is bad 4-ya.
+ it gives me a rush LOL...& I'm hyper enough already

I was at 230LBS, my goal was 200 (i'm 6'1)....I got to 197 at one point, but i'm back up to 203-205 (depending on the day) and pretty much been hanging at that weight for a while now. I'm satisfied... 
I hope it helps U unload & get back to 2 your desired weight LOLOh it says they are chocolate 2 (LOL~> LOL~> LOL)

LoL `Mike, I've heard of people doing that before to their enemy`friends...Maybe it was done 2 the cake that Michael had this morning (LOL)...Maybe he will been spending his afternoon inside the mens room & walk out a few hours later @ his desired weight, or should I have posted
