Afternoon guys. From what they were telling me this morning, it very well could be early next week before I'm paired with a trainer. So I'm just trying to keep myself busy while I wait. Easier said than done LOL. Y'all have a good one.

Guess it is quiet here. Had an incident that nearly cost me the job today. Scrapped someones driveway, but the homeowner was ok with it so i'm clear. 15 days down, 15 to go.

Good evening all! What is going on with everyone?

I had a moment this afternoon. I went to replace the plates on the Monte and found out that the body man had put nuts on the rear plate bolts! How stupid was that? My hands do not fit in the narrow hole behind the rear bumper. I kept outward pressure on the plate and turned the screws until the nuts fell off the back. I found out why he did it. The license plate bolt holes in the replacement rear bumper are too big for the normal inserts that pop in. I wound up using fender mount speed nuts to attach the plate. At least now you can use a screwdriver to remove the plate and the speed nuts stay in place. What ever happened to attention to detail and doing things right?

Just when I thought I had a body man I could trust with the Monte...

^Tommy
Attention to detail and good customer service is getting hard to find.
I work for a Ace Hardware and those are our top priorities
If only everyone valued the customer correctly what a world it would be

It's my Friday night so hope I don't make too many drunk posts on the MCF tonight
