Hi Mod `David,
It's great to read that you got a good nights rest & that your Monte fired right `up...Is it good to be home ?
Yes, "BioFreeze" is good stuff > We have it @ work & it's great for sore muscles also...I use it on my head > LOL & it's freezes my brain I think `Justin should try `it & watch where he puts his toes 4-Sure
\
“Once a muscle or joint is injured, regular exercise is typically the key to rehabilitation. But when pain limits a body’s ability to exercise, the healing process takes longer.
Biofreeze products help break this pain cycle, by relieving pain through a method known as “Gate Control,” or “gating.” In the gating process, menthol acts to stimulate specific sensory receptors in the skin, thereby blocking other receptors from sending pain signals to the brain.
Biofreeze products provide temporary relief from minor aches and pains of sore muscles and joints associated with simple backache, arthritis, bruises, strains and sprains.
Biofreeze Pain Reliever may be used up to four times a day – both before exercise or therapy (to relieve painful movement), and afterwards (to soothe muscle or joint soreness). In some cases, Biofreeze products may even be used during exercises or therapy.”
Wish you & Member's a great pain`free`Day > EnJoy

good morning/afternoon! Just waiting on the call for the car to be done. I've had a squeaking seal at the driverside part of the trans& axle..getting that fixed + a transmission service/filter change.

Had a bit to drink last night...a little exhausted...but! going crabbing later! Can't wait to get myself some delicious blue claw crabs!
Gotta go grab some chicken later for the trap, might even buy another trap...2 is better than 1!

Justin:
Sorry we didn't get a chance to back track to Minnesota...
As the mrs wanted to go to Iowa and Nebraska as well as head to Indiana to see her neice and her new born baby...

Im curious if you possibly have signs of Arthritis in your feet? Have you seen a rheumatologist?.... I have also had Gout... A terribly painful condition...
That also causes redness and swelling... of the toes and feet etc...
That's gotta be ultra painful to try to go about your normal daily business
especially since your feet carry you through out your day! I feel for ya bro!

Thanks space!! I'll definitely enjoy it! Its been a long time since I've done it, first time by myself!

Setting up my new cages now, oooo I can't wait!

Oh, and I got the monte back and she never shifted better! I've only gotten it up to 50mph so far and the 'rut'/ torque converter lockup symptoms have almost dissapeared...It drives so smooth its unbelievable! The real test will be later when I go back out, gonna be on the highway a bit. I will be gentle too!
