Personally, I really like your father's Mustang & it's a special edition 4-Sure & the miles are low for the year...

I think `if he wants a new Mustang, I would search for one with lower miles & a super history report...There are a lot of Super Mustangs out there that people purchased & could no longer afford...

It's great that your dad has been a great investor with his $'s, & I think he should continue to invest his auto $'s in a ride (vehicle) that he really, really wants/desires......

It pays to be patience when searching for another car...I think he should keep his Mustang & give you the money he was going to spend & you could put it into your Monte Carlo >

Oh there's no leak to fix, it's just an old car being an old car haha

 

LoL `Mike, Yes some older seniors have the same problem..I think yours is just the awesome high compression & rev's that weaken the gaskets & cause leaks...I think because the car sits & time ages the gaskets & they deteriorate. I've seen many older rides that don't leak, but the owner's are constantly playing/working on their classic's...
