Morning all! Just reading up on the forum between classes, and hope you all are having a better day than me.

Just wanted to say for the record I am back, verizon sucks, but at least I have internet at the house. Something about they had to come in and it was going to involve a charge and my mom flipped out on them... now she's on the phone with billing flipping out with them too... something got undone somewhere along the lines but it damn sure wasn't in the house... I think tho eventually they're going to have to do a complete reinstall....this house is ancient.

In other worlds pittsburgh is getting prepared to be turned on it's ear with this stupid summit coming up, a whole bunch of roads near my house are going to be shut down which means a lot of traffic is going to be on the road I usually take to work, they're routing all the greyhound buses and amtraks and crap to the transp center ACROSS the railroad tracks from my office, which means you guessed it, i need to leave for work super early or risk being uber late. I don't get it, yknow people still have to LIVE during this time and be able to travel and get around. Whoever thought that this was a good idea seriously needs to put it back in the oven since it's only half baked.

 

Yea, Cal-Trans does some stupid stuff with the roads, and road construction around here too...some of the situations make you say "what idiot thought up this genious plan?"

 

Michael, try driving to LAX and having caltrans shut off the lane that your exit is on off the 405.

I just went to McDonalds so I could slit a burrito meal with my co-worker...note, I have not been there in say about...2 years...but it was really close to work, and I need SOMETHING before my meeting in a few min, so I just went over there...now I know why I don't eat a lot of fast food...GROSS! It was SOMETHING, but not a GOOD something...LOL

Dumb fridge at work took a crap over the weekend because yesterday everything was warm, and my milk was bad...so no cheerios for me in the morning...
