Default Torn.....

"Between two Montes. Feeling like a fool. Cause I only got $10 and they both need gas."

Now where was I? Oh, the upcoming Monte Carlo Nationals.

Driving there and back will put close to 800 miles on the car. Sure I want to take my '06 LTZ Monte. But thinking about putting that many miles on the car is killing me. When I get back the car will have about 15,3xx miles on the clock. This will put my car in the same league as all the other '06 Montes. Not that I think I'm better then everyone else. I just want to keep my car as nice as possible for as long as possible.

I can take the '03 Pace car. But the '06 is already registered. (no refunds)
So I will have to pay for the Pace car to be there "IF" I want to park it with all the other Montes.

take the LTZ, and then take it out of commission for a month :P

You'll drive 800 miles sooner or later in that car.

I wish I could see my odometer read even 115K :P

R.J.
I wish I had your problems. Since your AweSome LTZ
is already paid for on admission, I would drive it
and enjoy your `journey.
It's great to keep a limited produced LTZ with low
miles, but why save it for someone else.
Life is tooooo Short 4 Sure.
EnJoy your Trip, & don't worry about a few happy
miles...You only live once...."JamesBond" lol

Let us know what you decide, and if you don't drive
the LTZ, then make it a trailer queen &
tow it 2 the show ..unload it when U get there
Just enjoy your collection....What `if ?

You could trailer it. Wouldn't help the expense but would save the miles.

There you go. Use a trailer and you will only put millage on the tow vehicle.

Then again, I like Mike's idea. Hire people to push.

I like Mike's idea too.

A few have suggested I rent a trailor and haul the car. But then I'd have to find a tow vehicle. I doubt my father will allow me using his '95 extended cab Dodge truck to tow my Monte Carlo to the Nationals. I already get flack from my mother for not driving the car. "Who says I'm not enjoying it?" :0

Debbie says if we rent a U-haul trailor and one of their trucks to tow with then maybe we can finally take all the stuff we have with us. Unlike if we just take the Monte. lol
(I think she is saying we take a lot of stuff with us when we go someplace?)

I would just take the LTZ....

Then again, that is coming from someone who has 74K on his 06 Monte...I don't care about the milage I put on it, I bought the car to drive it, and thats exactly what I do with it! LOL! I just tell everyone "oh well, its just a number on the dash" lol.
