Interesting. It occurs to me at this point - why the hell are import sales being subsidized at all? The country is in distress. Those are American tax dollars being shelled out. The program should only support sales for the big 3. American's deserve a return on their tax investment.

yup ill vouch for it all those vehicles are here at my work... a few oddballs mixed in there but you could go down clunker row and pick out about 5 of each on the top 10

They also have 2 of the top 10 trade in for cars.... bite that, Chevy fan! I don't think thats a fair grading system.... listing them out by year.. I think they should just list the car itself, not the individual years.

I know people have their personal preferences, but you would think people would learn. I think the cash for clunkers program should be for the big 3 only.

As I type this, a tv commercial for the Honda Civic with that "mr. opportunity" character is on. Honda can take their "mr. opportunity" crap and shove it up their a$$! I'll buy a GM, Ford, or Chrysler over an import automaker anyday. And spare me the argument about Chevy's being made in other countries.

(end rant -- I feel better now)

tax i compleatly agree.. how is this goin to stimulate the economy if its all going to the imports
