Morning all, long boring night at work.. just got home... I do hate when we are shut down... but gives my time to play in the big front end loader, I kind of miss having to drive that thing most the day but hard work = promotions =raise and found out my raise and making an a extra $5.50hr I can't complain about that!! In under a year to lead spot and getting recognized! But also found out next week I'll be on days so 2 days on night, 4 day weekend 3 days on days 2 days off then back to nights...what a wonky month this will be....

Normally it's work days for a month swap to night for a month, just rotating, only reason it's like this becuase we hired 8 new people and having me train them

Evening everyone!

My work schedule is kind of different too. I work steady night shift (11:30pm to 8:00am). But my days off rotate each week; working into a monthly schedule. I start on a Monday of week 1. I work 7 straight days, then get 2 days off. Work another 7 days straight, then get another 2 days off. Then work 6 straight days, and finish the month with a 4 day weekend (Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday).

It's kinda rough working 7 days in a row. But the 4 day weekend every month is a nice trade off. It's also great for scheduling vacation time.

I never work more than 3 days in a row at this point for us it's 12 hr shifts so 6pm-6am if on nights, 6am-6pm on days, work mon/Tues have wed/Thur off work fri/sat/sun have mon/tues off work wed/Thur have fri/sat/Sunday off, so can easily make it so you have a week off just by taking 2 days off,
It is nice becuase I know my schedule for the year so I can easily plan things
