I never get tired of looking @ Monte's like yours & other's that take super care & do things to their Monte's that make them different from the rest...

Space, the new system is eventually supposed to allow customers to locate items in the store with their phones, it's a rather high maintenance system for us and the only benefit i'm seeing to me is that price changes will now come in order instead of scattered about, which will make my life easier for price changes.

Sometimes we just have to take small steps to improve, but there is some improvement for the customer's that have a I-phone or app (?)
Without happy customer's, there would be no store, no `job.
I sure hope they continue to improve. Do you make written suggestions to the Management for improvements.
I constantly do and several have been implemented & I've received rewards ($'s) for my actions or suggestions.
