a big strong low pressure system is smacking the west coast! A lot of rain and snow for them!

The rest of the US looks nice and dry!

Everyone have a great day!

Thanks for the Space Coffee!! I forgot to mention - I'm in Missouri, and I'm still not a millionaire. But the winning ticket was bought in Kansas City, Missouri, which is where my brother-in-law lives, so maybe I'm entitled to half of the jackpot?

so yesterday we had our new dishwasher installed.... found out the old one (roughly 15 years old) was draining out the back of the house, lol. got a samsung from sears, floor model on clearance, about $300 worth of discounts / sales on it, and it works great. i guess it made the 15 Y/O oven jelous though because it tried to burn the house down this morning after my mother made some pumpkin bread in it. aparently instead of shutting off it decided to superheat, house smells like burnt plastic and electricals. had to kill the breaker to shut it down, now i guess we get to go buy a stove that'll match the new dishwasher, lol. funny thing is, this is almost exactly the same thing that happened 15 years ago with the last two we had!

WoW `Ryan,
You & family are lucky it didn't burn down your house with everyone in it...I hope you have smoke alarms in your house.
Does your home insurance cover any of the damages...

Main thing is that the house did not burn down & nobody was hurt accept your wallet to go out and buy another stove & hopefully the dishwasher & stove will live happily ever after

I hope you got your application in at the ski resort...That would be a super fun job & you would meet a lot of ladies and people...

Plus you will be able to ski for `free....Let us know how it goes ?
Good Luck for sure...
